Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed on erpsysteme.ai. It is governed by the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in addition.

2. Processing when you visit the website
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically records access data in server logs. This includes the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the page requested, the browser used and the operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to keep its operation secure and stable. It is not combined with other data sources.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Data may therefore also be processed outside Switzerland. Vercel acts as our data processor.
3. Cookies
No cookies are required to run the website itself. Cookies or comparable technologies are only set in connection with the services described below.
4. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses technologies that allow recurring visits to be recognised and the use of the website to be analysed. The information collected about your use of this website is generally transferred to and stored on Google servers, which may include a transfer to the United States. The IP address is truncated before it is evaluated.
This analysis helps us understand how the website is used and improve its content. You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Google Fonts
To display fonts consistently, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When you open a page, your browser connects to Google servers and loads the required fonts. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
6. Forwarding enquiries to implementation partners
Once the website forwards enquiries to implementation partners, this section will be completed. It will then describe which data is passed to which recipients, for what purpose, and on what legal basis. This feature is not currently active.
7. Your rights
Within the limits of applicable law, you have the right to obtain information about the data processed about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data deleted and to have processing restricted. An informal message to the address given under section 1 is sufficient to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Data security
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed against loss and unauthorised access.
9. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the way we process data changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
